Nope. This is for women who want to stop the on-again-off-again dieting cycle, whether you’re at your goal weight and worried about keeping it off, or you’ve regained some and want a more sustainable plan moving forward. We'll work out the tools you need to make it work for you.

Nope, while some tools are similar, this programme is completely different because it’s personalised. Instead of downloading templates and trying to figure it out on your own, we’ll work together to apply them to your life, troubleshoot challenges, and create your personal playbook.

You’ll get access to the templates, trackers, and resources we use in our calls. You’ll also be able to text me quick questions between sessions, so you’re never left stuck.
